The outreach programme for the Academic Year 2022-23 was conducted from 17 January to 31 January 2023. All students of Classes VI to X participated in this social awareness programme with great joy and empathy. Each class visited different Organisations/NGOs in and around Mangaluru on different days. Class X was taken to White Doves on 17 January, Class IX to Charity home of Mother Theresa on 25 January, Class VIII to Prashanth Nivas on 30 January, Class VII to St Antony Old Age Home on 20 January and Class VI to Little Sisters of the Poor on 31 January 2023. There was a briefing session by the  Head of the Organisation and the Gonzagaites presented a short programme which was entertaining, bringing smiles on the faces of the inmates.  They also interacted with residents and got exposure to what activities the they are involved in. The birthday fund amount collected by the students during the Academic Year 2022-23 was handed over to each Organisation. Ms BetilaSequeira, the school counsellor coordinated the Outreach programme. Overall, the programme was an enlightening experience for students and gave them an insight into the lives of less privileged in society and brought a sense of responsibility towards supporting them in whatever possible ways in their future life.
