Extra Curricular Activities

In order to foster students’ talents in various other spheres, the School holds extra-curricular activities within the school hours. The following are some of the extra-curricular activities conducted in the School:

Karate helps students to learn the art and skills self-defence over and beyond the use of physical strength and prowess for self-protection.

Roller skating is known to improve muscular strength, and develop skills to enhance balance, agility, coordination and flexibility.

Universally acclaimed as a game of intelligence, chess contributes to academic performance and makes children smarter by sharpening their skills of observation. It develops the child’s ability to observe, visualize, anticipate, plan and act.

To those students who are gifted in music or are interested in developing the talent, the School provides quality instruction in both instrumental and vocal music. In addition, the student learns to read musical notations and to play the guitar or the keyboard.

Besides the regular Art classes, the School provides additional Art as an extra-curricular activity. Under qualified art teachers, the students aspiring to be artists can develop their personal artistic skills and techniques.

The Dance programme educates and empowers children with knowledge of various dance styles, dance techniques, and other aspects of musical theatre and stage performance. It helps students to de-stress, stay active, improve posture and develop a confident, well-rounded personality.

Public Speaking and Personality Development by Accolades Academy:

Communication Skill is acknowledged to be one of the major 21st century skills. The School conducts public speaking classes for classes I to VIII, in association with “Accolades Academy”, a leading public speaking training institute in the city of Mangaluru


The world class swimming pool in the campus provides top quality tuition in swimming for small groups of students from Class I to VIII. Personal attention by trained coaches ensures safety, confidence and quick progress in children’s swimming practice.
