St Aloysius Gonzaga School organised the Investiture Ceremony on 1 July 2024 for the academic year 2024-25 with great zeal and enthusiasm.  The ceremony commenced with a grand student council march, showcasing the elected members and their respective positions which was followed by a prayer, setting a solemn and auspicious tone for the proceedings.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr Azmath Ali G, Police Inspector, Bunder Police Station as Chief Guest along with Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ and Vice Principal Ms Laurel Dsouza who conferred badges and sashes to the newly elected student council. The Head Boy, Joel Abhilash of class X and Head Girl, Suman Viona Saldanha of class XII expressed their gratitude and shared their visions for the upcoming academic year.

The Chief Guest, in his ceremonial address, congratulated the newly formed school council members and encouraged them to embrace their responsibilities with dedication and determination. Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ highlighted three important aspects of leadership qualities in his address: being a role model, taking initiatives, and being a team player.

The coordinators of the programme were Ms Sandhya Manoj, Ms Shilpa R Ballal, Ms Jisha Thomas, and Ms Shruthi S. Ms Vidya Esther compered the programme, Ms Shilpa Ballal welcomed the gathering and Ms Shruthi S proposed the vote of thanks. The ceremony concluded by the unison recital of the National Anthem.
