On 29 January 2024, St Aloysius Gonzaga School organized a field trip for its Class VI students to Udupi. The main destination was 'Shri Manjunath Foods and Packagings Pvt Ltd,' a Franchise Unit of 'BISLERI' water production in Mulky. Here, students learned about water purification, bottle production, and the packaging and labelling process. The itinerary also included a visit to Stella Mary's Church in Kalmady, Udupi, where students appreciated the architectural and historical significance. The serene atmosphere allowed for reflection and cultural appreciation. The journey continued to the Coin Museum, showcasing currency from different eras, providing engaging and informative insights into history. The adventure extended to the Kaup Beach Lighthouse, where students marvelled at the views and learned about maritime history. The diverse places visited enhanced academic, cultural, historical, and environmental awareness for the 115 students and 6 teaching staff on this successful educational journey.
