The School also celebrates three key religious festivals: Bakrid, Deepavali and Christmas, highlighting the importance of all religions. Teachers’ Day and Children’s Day are the two academic days that the School celebrates with innovative programmes each time. Moreover, the feasts of St Aloysius Gonzaga (Patron of the School), St Ignatius Loyola (Founder of the Society of Jesus) and the Foundation Day are celebrated with due solemnity. In addition, the School holds Talent Day (called ‘Gonzaga Got Talent’), Sports Day, School Annual Day, Public Speaking, Quiz, Debates and other International Days. These programmes and activities go a long way in engaging the students in lively and creative activities as a complement to their academic pursuits.
