St Aloysius Gonzaga school organized a training session on Continuous Professional Development In-House Staff Mentoring on 29-05-2023 in the school auditorium attended by 63 staff members. The session was conducted by Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ, in which he suggested the teachers to maintain an Anecdotal record by observing the behavior of the students. He also divided the staff into different groups and distributed the activity to write an observation and comments as given in the Anecdotal record. The school diary for the academic year 2023-24 was well explained and few important aspects were highlighted by the Principal.
Ms Deepa Karkada took a session on the topic Art Integrated Learning and explained how AIL could be integrated in the teaching learning process. She also highlighted on how AIL could be used to teach the students to construct and demonstrate, understand through an art form any particular concept and its importance in CBSE Curriculum.
The session was compered by Ms Deepa Sequeira. The session was enriching for the staff members.
