St Aloysius Gonzaga School conducted a Continuous Professional Development programme for the staff on 27 May 2023. Ms Aparna Suresh welcomed the gathering.
The resource person for the session, Fr Felix Victor SJ, Assistant Professor, St Aloysius College Mangaluru with his profound knowledge and experience conducted the session which included interesting ice-breaking session, activities and group discussions. The session was beneficial and provided an insight on the various challenges associated which a teacher educator has to overcome. He also gave the key note that we are all capable of much more than we think we are.
Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ, while addressing the gathering, gave the significance on the importance of effective teaching. He also highlighted that to succeed, we must first start the process.
Ms Shilpa Ballal proposed the vote of thanks and the session was compered by Ms Sushmitha. The program was enriching and intellectually stimulating for the participating faculty.
