Prior to the beginning of every new Academic Year, St Aloysius Gonzaga School organises Faculty development programme with an objective to equip the teachers with latest pedagogical tools. The New Academic Year 2022-23 began on the 23rd of May, 2022 with the Annual Faculty Development Program by Dr. Flossy D'souza, Professor in Education at St. Ann’s College of Education, Mangalore. She serves as a resource person at National conferences and has presented research papers in the international level. The program began with the welcome address by the Principal, Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ. Dr. Flossy conducted sessions on "LEARNING CENTERED PEDAGOGY FOR HOLISTIC EDUCATION". The paradigm shift was more focused on. The sessions were accompanied by activities to keep the teachers active. Many topics like the Bloom's Taxonomy- Revised one and Cooperative Learning were discussed. The session ended with the vote of thanks by Ms Preethan Periera. The program was compered by Ms Laveena D Kunder.
