Deepavali Celebration- Class I to V

St Aloysius Gonzaga School Hall was abuzz with excitement on 5 October 2024, as students of Classes I to V, along with their teachers gathered to celebrate Deepavali. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr Anusha Pai, Consultant Dermatologist and Cosmetologist.   Dr Anusha Pai, the Chief Guest, addressed the gathering, sharing valuable thoughts on Deepavali's importance in today's world. Her words inspired students to uphold kindness, compassion, unity and healthy life.  Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ, emphasized the significance of Deepavali and encouraged students to spread love and meaning of light in their lives. The celebration commenced with the lighting of the diyas by student representatives, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. It was followed by a vibrant cultural programme highlighting the values of Deepavali, showcased by Classes I C and III C. The Deepavali programme, skillfully emceed by Aarav, Ashritha S M, and Advik Hejmady Gadiyar, showcased the students' talents as Rama, Sita, Laxman. The event was coordinated by Ms Reema Dsouza R and Ms Swathi Bharat. Vice-principal Ms Aparna Suresh was present. The Deepavali celebration at St Aloysius Gonzaga School fostered unity, creativity and cultural appreciation.
