"Language is to the mind more than light is to the eye"
St Aloysius Gonzaga School observed culmination of Literary Week for Classes VI to XII with a short programme on 31 August 2024.Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ and Ms Laurel Dsouza the Vice-principal enhanced the beauty of the programme by their presence. In his message, Principal highlighted the importance of English Language from a global perspective. The programme consisted of exciting skit on 'Julius Ceasar' directed by Mr Pawan & Mr Kiran and 'Grammar Groove' orchestrated by Ms Tanuja. Prior to the culmination, a week-long activity such as, Word Tree, Greeting Card, Twist in the tale, Advertisement, Play Promotion, Juxtaposition, Figures of Speech, marked the journey of the English Language. The activities and the culmination programme brought students closer to the world of English language and literature. The efforts of the English faculty in putting up zestful activities were applauded by all. The Programme was compered by Geethika and Niharika of Class X. Ms Vidya Esther coordinated the entire event.
