On 29 May 2024, St Aloysius Gonzaga School conducted a pivotal session (In-house training) which began with the sharing the experience through presentation of student exchange programme to Italy by Ms Aparna Suresh and Ms Deepa Karkada to all the staff members. The next session was conducted by Principal, Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ focusing on curriculum updates of 2024-25, briefing on school diary, class-wise programs, Discipline Policy and Award; Briefing on Talent Hunt and Lesson plan discussion. It also included sharing of best practices in classroom management by our esteemed teachers Ms Deepa Karkada, Ms Sushrutha M P, Ms Shilpa Ballal and Ms Carol Tina Rodrigues.
