St Aloysius Gonzaga School organized a Staff Orientation programme on Jesuit Values and Time Management for the teaching faculty on 25 May 2024, in the school auditorium. Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ welcomed all the staff and started the first session with an ice-breaking activity for self-introduction. He highlighted why good communication is an important aspect for a teacher. The second session was conducted by Fr Melwin Joseph Pinto SJ, the Rector of the Institution. He highlighted key Jesuit Values such as discernment and reflection, Cura Personalis, Magis, Unity of mind and heart, and being contemplatives in action, which were the key takeaways from the session. The welcome address was given by Ms Sandhya Manoj, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Swathi. The entire session was compered by Ms Jevita. The Day 2 sessions were fruitful and informative for all the staff members.
