Christmas celebration for Kindergartners was celebrated at Gonzaga School on 22nd December. Children were dressed in red, green and golden attires which gave a gaiety look to the entire atmosphere. The programme started with a prayer song. Carol songs were sung by the Kindergarten teachers. Two students from KG–ll were dressed up as Joseph and Mary. Kindergarten coordinator Our Principal, Father Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ greeted everyone with enthusiasm and josh. He spoke to all the students lovingly about the importance of Christmas and joys of sharing. This short programme came to an end with the dazzling entry of Santa Claus which added to the joy and excitement of the students. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was amply visible on the faces of the children especially when Santa moved around distributing sweets to them. Kindergarten coordinator Ms Aparna Suresh spoke on essence of Christmas. The students waked back to their respective classes with smile and good cheer.
